This single-story home enjoys a wonderful location on the east side of McKinleyville, close to beaches, hiking trails, and the Beau Pre Golf Club. Clam Beach, Mad River Beach, Arcata, and Cal Poly Humboldt are all within a six-mile drive, while the Redwood National and State Parks begin just 31 miles north. You'll also be close to a renowned stretch of oceanfront highway carved out of the mountainside, passing through beautiful Trinidad 11 miles north.
What makes this home so special is the entertainment for all ages and interests. Begin each day in the converted garage gym outfitted with a Peloton, a Tonal smart home gym, a Stealth Core Trainer, a stretching machine, dumbbells up to 50 pounds, and a full set of resistance bands. At night, this is a fantastic game room, offering a seven-foot pool/Ping-Pong table, arcade games (think retro Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, and Simpsons), a two-player hoop-shoot, and an emulator with 5,000 remastered games (from Atari to Playstation) plugged into a swiveling 55-inch smart TV.
