Just 3-4 minutes from major shopping centers, Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Casino, 8 minutes from State Fair, 13 minutes from downtown Des Moines. Home us right on the line that separates Des Moines/Altoona.

*Just for clarification, this is NOT a shared property. There is another entirely private and separate unit with its own entrance in the back, lower level. (Not a basement, more like a du-plex) This is where my awesome property manager and his wife stay and they are ready to help you with any situation that may arise, and they are ok if you want to make some noise. But please rest assured, each unit is 100% private with its own entrance, secure locks, parking places, etc.
