This Midcentury gem is a newly renovated 2,700 square foot ranch home built in 1963 with an open floor plan and tons of natural light, and wing for the bedrooms and bathrooms/laundry room. The main suite has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate vanity area outside of the bathroom, two spacious closets, and sliding glass doors to access the backyard patio. This patio can also be accessed with a sliding glass door and regular door off the living room/kitchen.
Lots of coffee table books, records to play, acrylic Jenga and cards, jumbo connect-four game, rocking elephant, closet full of board games, and baskets of wooden cars and animals in the playhouse for the kids.
