This upgraded townhome makes the perfect home base for your getaway to the spectacular Sierras! There are 3 large bedrooms, an open loft, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The large, open floor plan offers a spacious gourmet kitchen, fully outfitted with modern, stainless steel appliances and all the cook- and dishware you'll want. The living room provides a large sofa and sitting chair, a 40” HDTV and smart Blu-ray player. The dining area offers seating for 6, with a private outdoor patio and gas BBQ. Please note that this rental has no shared or common walls". This is good for people to know that they won't be hearing other people in attached units or if the have young kids they won't disturb other people.
The large, private master suite features another private outdoor deck, ensuite bath with whirlpool jet tub, and is furnished with a luxurious King bed, sitting chair, and a 32” smart HDTV.
Bedroom 2 and the loft offer flat screen TVs and bunk beds, with Twin over Twin beds in the loft, and a long Twin over Full be in bedroom 2. The second bedroom also provides a Twin roll-away bed for additional sleeping space. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Queen bed and dresser, along with a flat screen HDTV.
If you know Mammoth, you know the challenge of winter parking, so you'll really appreciate the private 2-car garage, with large storage room for toys and snow gear. Entry through either the front door or garage routes through the large mudroom and half bath, along with the washer and dryer for convenient access.
When you want to get out and enjoy Mammoth, you're just a short walk to the famed Village at Mammoth, including the gondola to Canyon Lodge and Mammoth's premiere center for entertainment, dining and shopping, as well as a full-service access point to the mountain (including ticket/rental office and bike/ski rentals.) Even closer (but in the other direction) you are but a 2-minute walk to numerous charming boutiques, factory outlets, and restaurants, including Schat's Bakery. If you prefer not to walk, you can access the town's free shuttle just stops from the condo complex, and the popular Valley bike path as well. A short bike ride will deliver you to Mammoth's lakes basin offering several beautiful lakes, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and of course, the fresh mountain air. June Lake is just 20 minutes north, and Yosemite National Park just 40 minutes north!
Parking - please note that this rental only allows 2 cars max that need to be parked inside the 2 car garage. Please note that no other parking is available in the complex for a third car.
Here are the measurements of both garage's, please make sure your cars will fit before you book this rental and that the garage doors can close when your vehicle is parked in both garages.
Also please note- That both garage doors can not be left open during freezing temperatures. The garage of this rental contains "all the" major plumbing. In other words the garage doors need to be closed at all times. Additional street parking may be available on a first come first served basis between the months of: April -November.
