The separate dining area has a table and four chairs. The living room area has a large sectional couch, coffee table, end table, large wool rug, and TV. We have satellite service with HBO and WIFI for our guests. Forced air heat and a/c mean quiet comfort year round. This space is strictly no-smoking, and is NOT suitable for pets.
