The space
Large single level home in quiet residential neighborhood. As you enter the property the neon sign will welcome you in and let you know you have found the right place and your relaxing vacation can begin. Home features two separate living areas both with big screen TV's and stylish decor. Game room with brand new shuffleboard table which is great for family or friends wanting a little competition. The centerpiece of the home is a large kitchen with high end finishes throughout and breakfast bar seating for 6. Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with top of the line appliances including wine fridge. Master retreat to get away at the end of the day and enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace and big screen TV. Luxurious master bath with huge shower for two and soaker tub. All guest bedrooms have direct access to bathrooms with Jack & Jill setup. Need to get some work in while on vacation? Custom built in desk in kitchen area which is ideal for the working traveler. Private and quiet backyard with sparkling pool and stylish day bed and loungers to soak up the sun. Other backyard features are outdoor dining table, TV, and firepit with seating for 4. A truly great place to unwind. Home is equipped with washer/dryer and is fully stocked with supplies needed for any vacation. Guests will have access to two car garage and driveway parking. Neighborhood has easy access within walking distance to some great hiking spots on Lookout Mountain. Only 15 minutes to Kierland Commons, TPC Scottsdale, and Desert Ridge Marketplace.
