Welcome to this immaculate brand new construction one-level home boasting all the comforts of a luxury resort.
Enjoy brand-new plush beds & linens, every room is provided with a tv. Oasis-style living in the backyard! The clean outdoor space includes a massive covered patio w/ fans, sunshades, TV, pool w/ splash pad, lounge beds, turf yard, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, floats, games, and more!
The pool is sure to be a family favorite because the backyard gets sun all day!
The Space:
All bedrooms have blackout curtains, extra linens and pillows. Master bedroom has crib ready for use. Addtl pack-n-play can be used if requested. Both bathrooms have plenty of towels, shower soap/shampoo, and hair dryers.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all bake wear and cookware, coffee maker + coffee pods, toaster, utensils, bbq tools, and even dinnerwear for the little ones (plastic colorful plates and utensils). Kitchen also has a full set of plastic wear for outdoor use, as we do not allow any glass or breakables in the back patio or yard outside for safety reasons.
Dishwasher pods also included for your use.
Laundry room is stocked with detergent and oxyclean for your convenience.
Baby and kid amenities including high chair (can be taken outside also), pack n play to keep baby safe on shaded patio, crib, games, and toddler toys.

Guest Access:
Entire Home is available for your use, including backyard. Garage is unavailable to guests.

2 min off Preston Road just 10 min north of new PGA parkway and 20 min from Stonebriar Shopping mall in Frisco. Kroger grocery store is 5 min away, Walmart is 7 min away, Shopping at Gates of Prosper is 7 min away. Dallas Love Field Airport 45 min away, DFW airport 40 min away.
Getting Around:
This is a quiet neighborhood and a car or uber will be needed. There is a childrens playground in the subdivision just a couple streets over.

Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8:00am. Please respect our neighbors.
