The handsome dining table has partial bench seating and enough room for six guests, and the prep island doubles as a breakfast bar with two barstools. Boat slip Inquiries: The Boat slips come at a first come, first serve basis. There is a separate fee that is paid directly to the resort along with filling out an application to rent a dock. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
