You will love staying in this beautiful, secluded condo right in the middle of the Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Soak in the beauty of mother nature and appreciate all that she has to offer. Enjoy the park's trails, beaches and lake recreation. A 15 minute drive through the state park, will get you to the heart of Osage Beach that offers ample dining, golfing, shopping, and nightlife, along with other year round family fun options both indoors and outdoors. It is the perfect location for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the exciting attractions the lake area has to offer.
Upon your arrival, you will enjoy the luxury of a parking lot entry condo. This condo has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) baths with new furnishings, mattresses, linens, and updated decor.
The living room view overlooks the lake and is picturesque year round. There is plenty of seating to relax to watch your favorite TV show or movie. DirecTV is available on two TVs, along with streaming capabilities. The patio offers a great place to sip a cup of coffee or enjoy a glass of wine while reading a book or playing a game as the boats go by.
The condo is furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a private bathroom with patio access and lakeviews. There is also a desk in the room if you need to do a little work and wireless chargers for phones and watches. Head down the hall and you will find two more bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom to share, and a laundry room. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, so you can get energized for a day of fun ahead.
After a day of play on the water or at the pool, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils and small appliances. Condiments and spices are also available to make wonderful meals. There is also a gas grill and cooking utensils on the deck.
If you are not familiar with this part of the lake then you are in for a real treat! The state park is the place many families come for boating and is well known for skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. It is also the perfect place for crappie fishing. There is stair and ramp access to get to the docks for those with limited mobility.
The condo has an amazing pool with an expansive lake view! There are cabanas that offer extra shade and a restroom. This is a perfect place for soaking in the sun and relaxing. There is also a playground right next to the pool and lots of greenspace for kids to run around or to play catch or frisbee. There are a few pool towels, toys and floats in the condo.
This condo has a lot to offer to make for the perfect lake vacation for a group of friends and families.
