Relax and reconnect with friends and loved ones in this family-friendly place. Property is on the lake with direct access to the water. Boat dock has tie offs for a boat or other watercraft. Lake LBJ is a constant level lake so there is always water to fish, swim and boat on.
Newly renovated 1200 sq. ft. home with 4 bedrooms that sleeps 12. Our space has two full bathrooms - one inside the house and one outside but attached to the house. Each bedroom has a window unit in it and there is a large window unit in the living room area. Also, the two master bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are two ceiling fans in the open concept living / dining / kitchen area. Microwave. Coffee maker that uses pods or makes a pot of coffee using a filter and coffee grounds. Basic spices such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, garlic and onion spices. Large screened in back porch with a television. Boat dock, fenced back yard and two grills. Both grills use charcoal but one grill is also a smoker. Paddle boat, kayak and large floating water pad available for use at no extra charge. There is minimal fishing equipment available but if you are a serious fisherman, we suggest you bring your own equipment. Various sizes of life jackets. City park with playground and boat ramp about 6 houses away. Dominoes, cards, board games, cable and two smart tv's.
Pets - guests are allowed to have pets, upon approval and for an additional charge of $200.
