Children's wing has a bunk bed and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a loft with three single beds, games, and books. The adult wing has a master bedroom right on the lagoon with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are also two queen bedrooms which share a bath. The ample living room has a big TV and great views of wildlife on the Bolinas lagoon. The kitchen area has views to Mt. Tam and a wood burning stove. There is a protected deck lagoon side deck with a hot tub, gas grill, 2 kayaks, a canoe, and a stand-up paddle board. No Pets Allowed.
