Summary: We really liked the space. Convenient to Mayo, lots of space, nice view over the river with a deck you could enjoy it from (if it wasn't winter and snowy). The king size bed upstairs was comfortable (didn't sleep on the others). House is located on a main road, makes for a long wait when trying to back out to leave. The industrial building across the street made some loud noises at different times during the day. Biggest issue we had was kitchen did not have everything needed to make dinner. We make real meals instead of take out, so lacking some supplies. Most importantly would be a dish drainer, sponge, and dish towels to dry dishes. It was really nice to find a good place that allowed us to bring our kittens with us. Overall, we really liked it. We would stay again, if needing to return to Rochester.
