ENTRY DOOR IS AN OLDIE BUT GOODIE. WHEN YOU ENTER THE ACCESS CODE, YOU JUST NEED TO GENTLY PULL ON THE DOOR KNOB SO THE E-LOCK UNLOCKS WITH EASE. THE SAME WHEN YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY, JUST PRESS THE LOCK BUTTON WHILE GENTLY PULLING ON THE KNOB SO IT CLOSES WITH EASE :)
We provide a basic amenities, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1-2 rolls of paper towels and a bit of dish soap/detergent, shampoo, and conditioner. For longer stays you will want to purchase additional amenities.

No smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50.
