* NO PETS ALLOWED *
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
* NO SMOKING INSIDE *
No smoking allowed indoors, including vapes. Damages will be collected to cover any additional cleaning services or paint jobs required to remove smell of smoke from indoor spaces. You are welcome to smoke outdoors as long as you keep doors to the house closed while you do so.
* NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS *
If you plan to have an event or to have additional guests over capacity in the house please ask for permission before booking. Rental agreements will immediately be terminated, security deposit will not be refunded, and guests will be made to leave if there are violations of these terms. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet hours (11:00pm - 7:00am).
* BBQ GRILL *
Feel free to use the BBQ grill outside as is there for your use and enjoyment. You will find it clean on your arrival, with the understanding, it will be left clean after use. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee will be required.
