Located directly on the lake in the exclusive lakefront community of Crystal Bay, this home provides guests with a feeling of being enveloped by the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe and its stunning alpine forest. Renovated in 2022, the home boasts over 5,000 sq feet of space.
All of the 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and living spaces reflect a contemporary style. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. Three outdoor decks provide guests with dining and lounging options overlooking the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Boating and Water Activities:
During the summer months, guests will have access to two buoys for personal use. Guests can rent a boat or jet ski through AWS Incline or other north lake Tahoe boat rental companies. Several companies will deliver rental boats to the buoys for use.
The home comes with 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, and a dinghy to access the buoys. The house comes equipped with life preservers that guest can use if they choose to rent a boat.
