Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home with patio on a quarter of an acre. Amazing and very quiet neighborhood close to fine dining and excellent shopping. 2-car garage parking, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator and new microwave. Nice open floor plan with kitchen island. Nectar Luxe mattresses for a great night's sleep. We provide most kitchen essentials to cook a nice family meal to eat on the outside dining table under the tree.
2 bedrooms with restroom between them. Very open floor plan so you can interact with your friends and family while cooking dinner. Outdoor patio and huge shade tree in the back yard. 2 car garage parking as well as driveway parking. Please let us know if there is anything you need to make your stay more comfortable.
Guests have full, private access to the home and the front and back yards. Nice patio in the front as well as in the back of the home. Enter through the front door or you can use the door in the garage.
We live only 15 minutes away if there is an emergency. We prefer all messages go through Airbnb messenger gut we are also available via phone or text.
Arden-Arcade is one of the nicer neighborhoods in Sacramento. Whole Foods is just a few blocks away, Peet's Coffee at Lyon's Village, Ruth Chris Steak House and other great restaurants at Pavilions and only 3.5 miles away is Arden Fair Mall where you have just about any shopping that you can imagine.
Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, you place dishes in the dishwasher and start it and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process and keeping cleaning costs down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.
Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.
Parking: Please park only in the garage or the driveway. Do not park on the street. This is a Sacramento County ordinance.
Trash: Trash cans are on the right side of the home. You can go through the back gate or simply walk around the front.
Security Lock: The August Smart Lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.
