Located 1 block away from Lake Michigan and a great bike/walk path that connects you to Bay View and surroundings.
It´s a corner house that offers lots of privacy and tons of natural light.
This house offers an unique private 3 season room (next to an attached garage) which can be used as an office, perfect for remote working!
Our finished basement is divided into 5 spaces, a private bedroom with a queen bed, a large TV room with fire place and reclining leather sofas, a playroom with padded carpets and plenty of toys, laundry room with large washer and dryer and a bathroom featuring a large bath tub.
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with 1 king size bed and an attached bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms both have a twin size bed in it. All bedrooms have their own empty closet and hangers.
Large open kitchen with built in breakfast nook. Blender, Instant pot, toaster oven, coffee maker and all kitchen essentials included.
This house offers an unique private 3 season room (next to the garage) which can be used as an office, perfect for remote working! It has both a fan and a portable heater. Furnished with an ergonomic chair and an adjustable sit/ stand desk.
During Summer / fall you can enjoy the backyard, swings, picnic table a garden with organic vegetables, and lots of toys for the kiddos.
During winter you can cross ski in the park, or sit by the fireplace and enjoy the view.
