The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and the attached in-law quarters adds an additional private second home with separate entrances, living room, tv, kitchenette, full size fridge, 5th bedroom, private fenced backyard, private entrance all attached by a common door through the main kitchen. You might be tempted to kick back around the fire pit and admire the beautiful backyard with lots for the kids to do in the Seasonal Pool ( pool may not be offered for summer 2025, please inquire if this is needed before booking) , play structure or tetherball. However, don’t forget to explore all that Lake Tahoe has to offer only a beautiful 30-minute drive to Mount Rose skiing, 40 minutes to Lake Tahoe, 15 minutes to convention center, casinos and airport or all of Reno's nightlife and shopping is 5 minutes to the Summit Mall with great restaurants, awesome shopping and Cinema theater. Break out your ski gear and head up to Mount Rose, try your luck at one of the nearby casinos, or enjoy a fun-filled day on the water at Lake Tahoe. Do it all, then come home to lots of space and relaxing in the backyard where there is something for everyone.

This home is in an upscale quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighborhood. The RV pad on the right side of the property including the enclosed fence is not to be entered or accessed.
