This (4bed/3bath) home is 1/2 miles from Kinnick Stadium and University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics. Also close proximity to Carver Hawkeye Arena and UI Dental School. We have a huge downstairs family room with a Rouku TV (and Wifi) along with a large living room upstairs and a screened in porch and fenced back yard.
