Summary: Didn't have a great stay for a few reasons. We stayed on the 60th birthday of Singapore, which made the hotel very busy. The lobby was packed full of people and the staff seemed stressed out. The building is very old and needs a remodel. The bathrooms are very small, where you use the toilet and shower at the same time. Excessive use of bleach to clean the room made my eyes sting. The air con temp was hard to control so I was very cold during the night. I have stayed in a few of the Hotel 81 locations but this was the worst one. I wouldn't stay here again.
