Chill on the recliner, take a nap on one of the chaise lounges or grab a large soft throw pillow and watch a movie on the Smart TV (Chromecast or AirPlay from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more). The television entertainment system is equipped with a soundbar, subwoofer and Blu-ray player.

Please plan accordingly, two cars are permitted to be parked in the driveway; there is no street parking or additional parking nearby. The driveway is on an incline but is paved.

Please note...there are cameras at the driveway and property entrances. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used to monitor occupancy and other property policies for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟
Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall of more than 4+ inches to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in more significant storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that we are doing everything possible to get someone out there.

Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly, especially during winter. We are unable to honor last-minute cancellations due to weather/road conditions. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. City officials and law enforcement enforce this requirement.
