This Bunkhouse has a fully fenced yard so your pooch(s) can be out under some shade trees in their own little yard. Got horses? This studio also has space for your horses. INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV, living room space, kitchenette, apartment size small fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee and tea provided for enjoyment, dishes and silverware provided, basic cooking utensils provided.
GENERAL: Great WiFI! Smart TV for your viewing needs! Basic channels with digital antenna , linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, mini split heating & A/C. Snacks and complementary water, soda, coffee, tea!
FAQ: The bunk house fees include 2 covered Mare Motels. If you don’t have horses that is ok! You may want to travel with your side by side recreational vehicle, or just explore our neck of the desert. We have additional RV hook ups we rent out as well as extra pens if you need additional arrangements. If you have additional questions shoot us a message and we can connect. We have options for you for your recreational needs. There are also trails off of the property as many of the past renters have explored going directly off the property for trail riding.

You are responsible for taking care of your horses and animals including feeding and cleaning their pens. Please bring your own buckets, cleaning equipment you need, bring your own feeders and troughs.
You are responsible for cleaning after your dogs in the small yard provided for them.
If you fail to clean up after your animals a 100 dollar fee will be added to your credit card for cleaning. If the horse pens are over dirty there will be additional cost to clean the pens upon my discretion and added to your bill for cleaning. I charge 100 dollars per hour to clean horse pens. I find it is easy to keep the pens clean if you clean them once per day. This way, it doesn't get away from you.
Please be respectful and smoke outside the bunkhouse with the doors and windows shut. We don’t care if you smoke on the patio, but be respectful of the next guests we have, it is a small space and wind can carry that smoke right in!

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
You may roam the property. Please be respectful of neighbors and their horses and property. We (owners), are in the main house on property, we do have two dogs....please stay out of yard, we will meet you if you need anything, call or txt us if you need anything or have any questions.

We are located 2 miles from the Center of Old Town Wickenburg. We are close to all arenas in Wickenburg.
You will most likely need a vehicle to get around. There is one cab service in Wickenburg. We have endless parking here at the property. Downtown Wickenburg can be kind of packed.
