This apartment is in a 4-plex building with quiet neighbors and is within walking distance of Drake University and nearby bars and restaurants. We're also a quick 3 mile drive from downtown. The two bedrooms include one queen and one twin bed along with closet space in each bedroom. There is private parking in the lot behind our building. We strive to provide a safe and relaxing home away from home!
