Come stay in our newly furnished home that overlooks Mission Bay. Centrally located, you will be minutes away from Mission Bay, the beaches, the zoo, the airport, and restaurants in every direction. Walk across the street to the San Diego Trolley and be downtown without any hassle of driving and trying to find parking.
Everything in the home is newly furnished, from the beds/couches to new LG Smart TVs in every room. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the essentials needed.
Four total patios, including a big rooftop patio that overlooks Mission Bay. The rooftop patio includes a large outdoor furniture set with an oversized fire pit. There is a second fire pit on the main level with additional outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill.
Downstairs:
The bottom level of the home includes 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a dedicated laundry room, and access to the garage. The first room is a junior suite with a queen-sized bed, a futon, and its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and its own private patio with furniture. The second room has a queen-sized bed, and the third room has a full-sized bunk bed. The common full bathroom downstairs does have a tub.
Upstairs:
When you walk upstairs, you will find the kitchen and open living space. This level also contains the master suite, which includes a king-sized bed, a futon, and a walk-in closet, a double sink counter and a massive double walk-in shower. The master suite also has its own private patio with furniture.
The kitchen is stocked with all of the pots, pans, and utensils you will need, including most of your typical spices/seasonings. There is an island with 4 stools and a beautiful dining table that sits 8. The room continues into the open living space with oversized sliding doors that open up to a patio with beautiful views of the bay. This patio is where the BBQ grill is located, as well as a fire pit and outdoor furniture. This patio is also where you will find the stairs up to the rooftop patio, which is the staple piece to this house.
