Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, it offers a refreshing retreat during the warm summer months. Whether you want to dive into a good book poolside, splash around with the kids, or simply unwind after a long day of sightseeing, our community pool is the perfect place to cool off and make the most of your stay.
Guests have access to the entire house, parking lot, front patio, and the pool located in our townhome complex. The Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

I chose this neighborhood for its strategic location and vibrant community feel. Its proximity to the Virginia Tech campus and downtown Blacksburg allows for easy accessibility to a wide variety of local attractions, from cafes and restaurants to shops and cultural sites. This central location gives me the best of both worlds, providing easy access to the university environment as well as the city's downtown scene.
There is a bus stop for the Blacksburg Transit bus located right outside our parking lot. The bus makes it super easy to get downtown, campus, and the basketball and football stadiums.

Please kindly note that we have a strict no-party policy in place. We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and be considerate of our neighbors. This ensures a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.

This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. 1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.
2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key.
3. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited.
4. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels
5. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
6. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation.
7. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
8. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges us $100 if they have to clean glitter of confetti.
