This large historic home functions as two separate vacation rentals. This listing allows for both units to be rented together. Both the upstairs and downstairs units each have two bedrooms - one bathroom and one kitchen. Each unit has it’s own entrance and off street parking space. No parties allowed. The backyard is clean and set up for our guests.
Note quiet hours between- 8 am 9pm due to city noise ordinance - maximum 8 sleeping guest - 4 daytime visitors.

The home is located in West End Neighborhood of Downtown Santa Rosa. This is an urban area. You can walk, ride a bike and take a train to other parts of Sonoma County. You will also be exposed to a wide range of people. The home is located across from a playhouse located in the old cannery. Please note that street parking can be tight at certain times. The neighborhood has wonderful restaurants, a bakery, tap rooms, close to coffee houses and shopping. Just about the most urban area in Sonoma County.
Getting Around:
You are right in the middle of Sonoma County - you can use a car - a train - a bike and walk to many different places.
