Summary: We went as a family of 4 for the weekend to visit the zoo. The room was clean and the location was good. The first night our room was quiet. The second night there was a very loud party happening in the ballroom. Because we were there two nights, there was no reason we needed to be placed in that room (guests of the party could have been in our area). It was very loud. We called the desk and they said it would be quiet at 10. At ten they turned it down a bit but we could still hear it loudly. Some point around this time someone from the party pulled the fire alarm. We called the desk again to make sure it was not a real fire. Our kids were woken up and startled. The combination of all that noise led us to not falling asleep until after midnight. The next day the hotel called me and said due to the noise they'd put points into our Hilton Honors account for our trouble. It's been two weeks and I've not received points. I emailed the hotel manager for an update and didn't hear back. This is a big disappointment for us as we have trusted Hiltons in the past.
