Summary: Pool and hot tub were covered in bugs floating on the surface. Hot tub water never got warm, freezing cold only. When reported to front desk, staff said they didnt know what to do about it. Sink in the room was backed up. The bed slept horribly; very hard on my back. Overall poor stay.
