This family estate on the south shore of Green Lake in Ripon consists of two separate homes, a Victorian Queen Anne and a storybook cottage. This picturesque property offers 115 feet of lake shore with a gentle slope for easy access to swimming, sailing, boating, water skiing, and fishing. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from two private piers and savor the tranquility of lakefront living. There's also an oversized brick patio and a wrapped porch for more outdoor lounge and alfresco dining space.
The Antique Lake House features three bedroom suites, each boasting a private bath and elegant four corner poster beds, TVs, and ceiling fans. The upstairs bedrooms offer balconies with stunning lake views, and a small luxurious jetted tub. The downstairs bedroom is a split-level retreat with mahogany wood cathedral ceilings, and a seating area adorned with beautiful Belgian tapestries.
Relax in the living room overlooking the water with another cozy fireplace, or dine in style in the formal dining room with lake vistas. A second living area features a piano for musical evenings. The full kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, and coffee maker (no dishwasher). The amenities include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a gas grill.
At The Cottage, rustic country charm meets modern comfort at this vacation rental with a cozy upstairs parlor, a spacious studio kitchen (no dishwasher), a living and dining area with cathedral ceilings, and a charming Dutch door. (The fireplace is not operational.) The large, vintage bathroom boasts a ball and claw tub, a French shower, and an antique marble sink.
