Summary: There was cold air only coming from the vent heater on heat on high so room was really cold. Did not want to move rooms with probably same condition. Then awakened early next morning of emergency and had to go down 10 flights of stairs with no manager or staff offering to help older people with walkers trying to get down steps. Dinner in bar grille was $70 and had to wait over an hour for burger and not the best taste. The stay was poor.
