This welcoming, stunning and updated 2250 square foot tri-level chalet cabin has room for your family to come to the mountains and enjoy the peaceful serenity of the Sierra Nevada Mountains! You'll enjoy a beautiful open-floor plan, with chalet windows giving way to the beautiful views from the deck area.
The master suite with full bathroom is located on the main floor, with a spacious loft, full bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. Finally, enjoy the game/bonus room and half bath downstairs, along with a garage. The cabin is located on a full acre of private wooded land.
No smoking on property. Dog Friendly (with deposit and pet fee). Max Occupancy 10 people. Bed Linens and Bath Towels Provided.
Located in Big Trees Village, there is summer access to the local HOA amenities such as 2 pools and a park area. Only a short drive to Bear Valley Ski Resort and Lake Alpine, as well as the Stanislaus River and Calaveras Big Trees State Park.
Note: The driveway is steep and uphill and during the winter months, it's advisable to park at the bottom and walk up the driveway to the cabin. Driveway can be icy/slippery. If you choose to drive up the driveway, please use chains/cables in order to retain traction.

Important Details to Note: Tenant must be at least 25 years old. This cabin is pet friendly - there is a $200 refundable pet deposit and $25 per pet non-refundable pet fee - 2 dog maximum. (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing). Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Where applicable, payment can be made by check. If payment is made by credit card, property managers will add a 2% credit card surcharge to the transaction when charging the card.NO smoking of ANY kind on the premises (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.), burning incense or candles, for the health and safety of all. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violation of our 100% smoke & drug free policy will result in a $350 charge.
