This is a 4bd 2 1/2 bath home. Currently the Master bedroom and bath is private and locked off (Unoccupied )
The 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath provide for plenty of space. The two Queen beds are “Adjustable” with Massage (vibration) Casper type mattresses with 400+ thread count 100% cotton sheets .
Large smart TVs in living room and in one bedroom.
Hi-end Kitchen provides all necessary appliances as well as basic spices, ReverseOsmosis water, coffee and tea.
There is all new heating/cooling ducts since 2018, and high quality 3M Hepa filters as well as a new Tesla solar roof with battery backup for the house.
We have a Tesla car wall charger in the garage for our Tesla owning guests!
This home is pet friendly so bring the doggie and enjoy the dog park just steps from the house.
