The home, built in 2015, sits in the highly coveted Lake Shore Park community of Bass Lake. Away from the hustle and bustle of the bass lake resort, you will enjoy the privacy that this area has to offer. This 3600 square foot home boast’s 2 en suite master bedrooms upstairs, 4 bedrooms downstairs, and a full 325 square foot granny nook attached the garage, sleeping a total of 16 people. Upstairs you will find a spacious open floor plan with 180 degree views of the lake. The top floor includes a chef-ready kitchen complete with bar seating and a large dining room table, as well as a living room area and wood fire place.
Out on the top floor deck you will find more gorgeous views with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, a gas BBQ grill as well as a Traeger grill and pizza oven. Working your way downstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms with shared jack-and-jill bathrooms, a second living room area with a pool table, a vintage gaming console and an entertainment bar. The bottom floor also contains its own covered outdoor seating area with another fire pit and a ping pong table.
Across the street from the cabin you will find a private easement leading down to our private boat dock and covered deck. The deck sits within a beautiful cove, with 270 degree lake views, and includes ample room to sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage. Bass lake is known for its boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and mountain biking, and we are just 30 minutes from the south gate of Yosemite National Park. You are sure to enjoy our cabin just as much as we do.
