BEACH LOBBY & BAR: Our hotel lobby is a sandy beach that is available for private reservations and guest access may be limited. If you want to guarantee your group can use the space for events, gatherings, or break out sessions, we charge an hourly rate depending on the event. Reach out to us to reserve your beach adventure from $60/hour.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to downtown (~$8-15 Uber), our vacation rental is located in a commercial neighborhood. Our 40,000 square foot resort includes 10 vacation rentals and no direct neighbors. This will allow you to host your friends and have a great time. This is a low income neighborhood, with our property located on a primary road with address: 3209 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102.

During the Covid-19 pandemic NO parties will be allowed under any circumstances.
