This is a lovely home on a cul-de-sac with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and single level. We have just finished setting up this house, so everything is brand new! Expect very comfortable furniture and beds and the house is outfitted with everything you would need with towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The home is located in a beautiful subdivision called Red Mountain Ranch, which is a very quiet family oriented area. You would be approximately 1 mile away from all the conveniences and services you would ever need! Plenty of shopping, restaurants, gas stations, fast food etc. Red Mountain Ranch is a beautiful area and there is plenty of outdoor activities available. There are quite a few hiking and walking trails and beautiful views of the mountains right in the area. No problems parking with a two car garage along with parking on the driveway. Access to the 202 freeway which can basically put you anywhere in Arizona you would need to go is only approximately 2 miles from the front door.
The yard has just been completely renovated with a large multi hole putting green, which would be perfect for the avid golfers, or even the kids to keep them busy for hours! We have also installed a brand new hot tub after the exhausting 18 holes of putting! 😂
If you just want to sit outside and relax or enjoy a nice meal, there is a very nice six seat table with comfortable chairs and a large screen TV to watch outside in the yard. Please note we do recommend you purchase travel insurance just in case any issues arise.
