One reserved parking spot. Non reserved parking is available too.

You will have the place for yourself. The basement is locked-out on both sides. Basement has its own independence; entrance, bath, kitchen and laundry .

Reston Town Center have concert every Sat night during summer but it a living center day and night. Eat, shop and play. Parking is free in any of Reston Town Center.
Reston Lake Ann Plaza is a place to enjoy lake with cozy housing and vegetation. Often, management have international events and art exhibition also Kayak and canoe for rent from the bookshop , Yes the Book Shop! 1623 Washington Plaza (near the fountain). Right off the community there is a bus that goes to the Reston Town center as well. and Metro silver line
Metro is very close by and will take you to the heart of DC . All day parking at the metro station is only $5.00
