This well-appointed condo will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The spacious living area includes an open kitchen, a separate dining area, and a roomy living area with a comfortable sectional, a flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with views. The master suite features a King-size bed, balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the large balcony. The guest bath is conveniently located near the living area and guest bedroom, making it easily accessible for everyone. Please note that this unit does not have WiFi.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation for a maximum of 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Boat Parking Policy: Please note that there is no watercraft parking from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Boat spaces are available for renters during other periods for $20 a day, $100 a week, and $300 a month if available. Trucks must detach from the boat as signs indicate or be towed. Boats over 30ft in total length (from the tip of the trailer to the back of the motor) are not allowed on the property. No boat maintenance or work on boats is allowed at Grand Caribbean. All boats must be registered with Waves Management.
