Full bath is shared between the two bedrooms upstairs. The main level contains common living space and two additional queen bedrooms, along with another bathroom with shower. Partially finished basement offers washer and dryer and workout area with some free weights and bands available for use. Guests should bring their own detergent if planning to use the laundry area. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking equipment and standard drip coffee maker. There is a gas grill in the backyard. Central forced air heating and air conditioning on site.
