Spacious kitchen with double oven, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
Roomy master bedroom has king bed, night stands and dressers. Master bath has walk-in tiled shower, large vanity and walk-in closet.
Second bedroom has queen bed, night stand and dresser. There is a queen air mattress for additional guests.
Guest bath has tub/shower combination.
The quiet and peaceful rear patio has patio table and chairs, gas grill and a water feature. The property backs up to one of the many great trails in the community.
We are a dog friendly home (sorry no cats). The yard is not fenced and we ask you to keep barking to a minimum, pick up dog refuse immediately and not allow them to wander into the neighbors.

This includes two state of the art fitness centers, four pools, 2 large hot tubs, putting green, tennis, pickle ball, reduced golf rates, lawn bowling, activity clubs, workshops, classes and much more.
