Exclusive condo complex located directly on the Truckee River overlooking the River Ranch and white water rafting in the summer and direct access to Alpine Palisades. The oversized living room has a plush recliner and a sleeper sofa, a larger TV with both cable and streaming capabilities and a cozy fireplace. The patio area is very private yet has direct views of the river activities below and looks towards the massive granite peaks in the distance.
