After a year-long remodel in 2021, front to back, inside and out, everything is new! From the bedrooms, to the bathrooms, kitchen, deck, appliances, hot tub and fire pit. And with our recent decor and furnishings update at the end of 2023, the house is primed and ready for you.
Located in the gated community of Seadrift, this beautiful home has the Seadrift Lagoon on one side and the spectacular Bolinas Lagoon on the other. Relax in the quiet of the lagoon, walk the nearby beach, play pickleball or just read a book. Looking to work remotely? High-speed wifi awaits, and this is the perfect way to change things up.
The house is split up nicely, with three bedrooms on one side, and the kitchen, dining, living and family room on the other. The three bedrooms are set up as follows:
-Bedroom #1: King bed with views of the Stinson Lagoon, and private bathroom. Mr. Steam in the shower is also ready to offer you a spa-like experience.
-Bedroom #2: Queen bed.
-Bedroom #3: It's all about the bunk room, with it's 3 twin beds and 1 full. And a view of the Bolinas Lagoon to boot!
Bedroom #1 has its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom just outside the rooms.
