Features a super comfortable king sized bed, a full kitchen w/ amenities, a wonderful living room space with a comfy leather love seat and sitting chair, cable TV with a 50” TV, and great wireless internet. Our condo also features an in-unit washer and dryer, and we’re also pleased to provide a parking pass in the Hardy Parking Deck (one block away), to guarantee our guests access to parking. Our condo is situated on the same block as the Park Place Hotel, and is steps from Front Street shopping, and many amazing bars and restaurants. This is a brand new condo, with the building just having been finished. Our condo is located right in the heart of downtown Traverse City, steps away from many awesome restaurants, bars, and Front Street shopping. We’ve modeled it to cater to a couple looking for a great getaway in to downtown Traverse City. Please note that this is a top floor condo, and the buildings in Traverse City that cater to short term rentals do not have elevators. There are three flights of stairs to get to the top, but it's worth it!
