Positive: Comfortable House, Great home type amenities (Laundry, Cooking), Great Location... Everything seemed to be about 4mi away. Great Value

Negative: Can't knock too much, there is only one driveway for the shared duplex, but they seem to rely more on street parking, and it didn't create any issues for me.
