* Fees: $100 per stay for up to 3 dogs.
Pool + Hot Tub:
* Spa is heated at no extra additional charge.
* Pool can be heated upon request and is an addition $40/day.
* No diving in pool. The deepest part of the pool is 5ft.
*Children are not to be left unattended.
Things to note:
* Outdoor grill is fully equipped for both propane and charcoal grilling.
* We have a zero tolerance party and event policy.
* Pool service occurs weekly and yard service occurs every other Friday.
* Property is equipped with a ring doorbell camera and floodlight camera above driveway to monitor real occupancy, disturbances and emergency situations only. Property also includes a NoiseAware monitoring system. This system does not record sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
