Summary: The Family Suite was very spacious and at first glance seemed clean. When we arrived in the evening, we wanted to check in to unload our luggage and return to our event, but the front desk attendant was locked out of the system and had to text another employee for their log in so she could check us in. We ended up being late for our event because all that took so long. The bathroom sink and counter were covered in hair like someone had cut their hair and it was never cleaned up. Upon wiping the counter and sink down with the Clorox wipes I brought, the wipes were dingy and covered in black grim and the hair. I covered a pillowcase in a silk pillowcase I'd brought and when I removed the case the next morning the underside of the original pillowcase was covered in yellow stains, like the pillowcase had been peed on or something. Nice to know I slept on that all night, Not! Summary: Still a nice place to stay. Hotel breakfast is very weak and unappealing. This is my favorite hotel in Scottsbluff, except the free breakfast is terrible. Rubber eggs and uncooked sausage.

Summary: We were in town for a reunion and appreciated the convenience of having a leisurely morning on Sunday and still being able to enjoy a free and yummy breakfast before leaving for a 6 hour drive home. We felt very safe within the hotel and liked the quiet location as well even though it was located near the hiway.

Summary: I loved the large parking spots. How nice and a change from the cramped ones you usually find at other hotels. The hotel was quiet and the mattress was firm. I would recommend fixing your light scones on the 3rd floor as they are all broken and maybe leaving the coffee and tea options out past breakfast.

Summary: We always enjoy staying at this hotel. Comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance this trip, but we understand those things happen.

Summary: The pool and hot tub were not in operation, the comment was, it wad closed for maintenance. It looks like it hadn’t been in operation for a while. The maintenance issue was a filter, which probably is a breakdown rather than maintenance issue.

Summary: My only complaint was that breakfast items were lacking, although the staff was attempting to try to fill them as quickly as possible.
