2 Bedroom House in Desert Sage, Surprise
Our home has 2 bedrooms with a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest room. Our kitchen is fully equipped with enough dishes, cutlery and pots and pans for 12 people and a dishwasher. We have a 55 inch tv in the living room, a 40 inch tv in the master bedroom and a 32 inch tv in the guest bedroom. There is a laundry room, 2 car garage and a fabulous south facing sunny backyard with a large patio and barbecue. It is an adult Del Web resort in Surprise, Arizona (45 minute drive to Phoenix Airport). It has one large indoor pool with hot tub and 2 huge outdoor pools with 2 hot tubs, plus a children’s outdoor pool. We have pickle ball courts, tennis courts, restaurants, happy hours with live music and dancing. Also 4 amazing golf courses and 2 huge state of art universal gyms. There is a one time $200 membership fee (good for 3 months) to use the gyms and pools and get discounted owner rates on golf. Children don’t require a membership but pay a $4/day to use the swimming pools. There is a $200 cleaning fee.
We are very close to banks, pharmacies and the big stores, including Costco which is a 15 min drive away.
