Summary: For sleeping and changing clothes, the room serves its purpose. Everything else is below standard. For this hotel to be in Irvine, in an industrial business setting and around the corner from the beautiful Irvine spectrum is sad. Looks like it hasn’t had an upgrade since it opened. The mattress on the sofa bed needs to be in the trash. Housekeeping had not been completed before my stay. A used bar of soap was still in the shower. There was food under the sofa, cobwebs on the side of the dresser and the microwave was not clean. I had to ask for bedding for the sofa and was given king size sheets. I asked for towels twice and never got them. Asked for extra pillows and was told they ran out. I need a refund. Not happy with my stay at all.
