Gilbert has MANY great restaurants and shops - great place to spend the day eating on the patio and walking around to buy a few souvenirs. Also only 10 minutes to Downtown Chandler which also has a slew of great restaurants to enjoy! This is a very clean and comfortable 3 bed/2bath home. Nice open, well stocked kitchen. Backyard patio with BBQ Grill. Plenty of seating for dining inside and outside.
