The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials, including a coffee and tea bar. The entire house has superb Wi-Fi connection supported by Eero technology, ensuring everyone can enjoy an uninterrupted and fast connection. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. The first floor includes a second living room, which we converted into a cinema room, where you, your family, and friends can enjoy movies or shows. The cinema room includes a comfortable sectional couch, a 70in TV, pac-man arcade gaming system, dart board, board games, and a small dining table to enjoy meals. There is also a formal living room.
The second floor of the house is dedicated to the master king bedroom, which features a king size bed and a 65in TV for your convenience. It includes a beautiful walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, and an amazing and huge walk-in closet that includes a vanity! The bathroom also allows you to connect to our built-in Bluetooth system that allows you to listen to music. All showers in the house include shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience.
The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a beautiful private pool, a grill (palapa), and a kitchenette. There is also a half bathroom outside, and a covered patio with pool table, corn hole, and patio seating for your entertainment.
