From the tranquil backyard of this spacious five bedroom, six bath ranch style home you will enjoy a spectacular view of "Four Peaks" mountain and the famous "Fountain" of Fountain Hills. A vivid shot of "Red Mountain" from the street is quite the grand entrance.
This property offers plenty of recreational opportunities without ever leaving the premises. You may choose to relax indoors in the large entertainment room with flat screen TV, pool table, wet bar, and plenty of areas to play cards or board games. Or, relish in the massive outdoor spaces with the zero edge heated pool, spa, putting green, covered porch and outdoor fire pit.
There are an abundance of activities in close proximity to the home. These include; several top ranked golf courses, hiking/biking/horseback riding trails, ATV desert tours, We-Ko-Pa Casino/Resort, Fort McDowell Adventures and Fountain Park. Future site of the “International Dark Sky Discovery Center”.
Within 30 minutes, you can be in Scottsdale Old Town, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland and many other popular bars, restaurants and shopping districts. Summertime activities include tubing/kayaking down the Salt River, or renting a pontoon/fishing boat at Saguaro Lake which is only 20 miles away.
The home sits back from the street on a 1.5 acre lot, and is very secluded. The double circular driveway offers complete privacy and parking for up to 6 vehicles. There is over 5,000 sq. ft. under one roof and all on one level.
Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, large granite island with seating, double-oven, warming drawer and separate cook top. Adjacent Formal Dining room allows seating for eight. Walk-in pantry and laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and built-in ironing board with iron.
There are five bedrooms offering plenty of privacy for a large number of guests. Each bedroom offers its own unique features:
• Primary Bedroom Suite offers a king size bed, private bath with walk-in tiled shower, double sink vanity, a walk-in closet, clothes dresser storage and large screen TV,
• Private King Bedroom is off the kitchen area which is secluded from the other bedrooms. This room has a king size bed, walk-in closet, large screen TV, and an adjacent bathroom.
• Bedroom number three offers two queen size beds, walk in closet, attached bathroom with tub and shower combination, large vanity and toilet and large screen TV.
• Bedrooms number four and five each offer a queen size bed, twin daybed with pop-up trundles, large screen TV, and large closet. Each has an adjacent bathroom with sink, walk in shower and toilet.
• Total of 13 separate beds which include two king size beds, four queen size beds, and three twin size beds with twin size trundles, and one single twin allowing plenty of room for everyone. There are also two extra long couches in entertainment room which can be used for sleeping and a full size hide-a bed in the living room.

Adjacent to Entertainment recreation room, there is an additional bathroom with a sink, tub and shower combination.
Pool & Spa - The rates at checkout automatically adds propane fees to heat the pool or spa. You may choose to heat one or the other or neither, depending on your vacation plans. In the colder months when the air temperatures are too chilly to swim, many choose to heat the spa only. This can all be edited by the owner during the booking process to lower your overall booking amount.
Security - to respect our guest's privacy; there are NO indoor cameras. There are three cameras installed around the outside of the house; the front, the side by the garage and on the rooftop. This is for liability and security purposes only. The audio is turned off and it is a very broad panoramic view of the spaces. We respect your privacy and would only record and view if there is a disturbance reported.
